In recent years, Bac Giang province and the Embassy of Israel have implemented a number of practical cooperation contents, up to now, 18 leaders and managers of the province have been sent to train and train. in Israel on post-harvest technology for vegetables, flowers and fruits; processing technology and aquaculture…; cooperated with Juran Company (Israel) to import, install and operate the fresh lychee processing line at Global Food Import and Export Joint Stock Company, Luc Ngan district (under the independent national project. "Research and apply technology of Juran Company (Israel) to preserve fresh lychee fruit and some other fruits for export").

For the results achieved, in the coming time, Bac Giang Department of Science and Technology has also proposed to the Ambassador some cooperation contents such as: Israel will coordinate with Global Food Import and Export Joint Stock Company. to continue to improve the line of processing and preserving lychees for export to the EU; assisting Bac Giang in training; to introduce new technologies related to agricultural production, especially poultry processing and slaughter technologies.

At the meeting, Ambassador Nadav Eshcar highly appreciated the scientific cooperation between Israel and Bac Giang Department of Science and Technology, for the proposals of the Department, the Ambassador will create maximum conditions for training support; will directly work with JuJan Company of Israel to continue to coordinate and complete the project of preserving lychee fruit; providing information on a number of new plant varieties and technologies for Bac Giang.

In the same afternoon, the Department of Science and Technology brought the delegation of Israel to visit the Export Vegetable Processing Factory of Bac Giang Vifoco.
